Based on this social background, the ISO37001 anti-bribery management system standard was published in October 2016 for four years. The standard includes a series of methods and controls that represent global anti-bribery best practices that can be used to help organizations establish, implement, maintain, and improve anti-bribery compliance programs. Integrating the anti-bribery management system into the business process through strong leadership is the key to the success of the anti-bribery management system by incorporating integrity, transparency, openness and compliance into the organizational culture.

The promulgation and implementation of anti-bribery management system standards have attracted great attention from various countries in the international community. For example, countries such as Peru and Singapore have announced the adoption of ISO 37001. Management system certification; as time goes by, more and more countries, enterprises and institutions will begin to participate in it. In China, the formulation of standards for the anti-bribery management system is at the forefront of the world. In June 2017, Shenzhen released the first local anti-bribery management system standard in China. The promulgation of these two standards has aroused positive reactions in various industries at home and abroad. The Shenzhen government took the lead in making the organization obtain the anti-bribery management system certificate as an additional item in government bidding and procurement.
